Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer.

As many Fayre designs are produced in limited quantities, availability may change quickly.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Fayre will contact the customer and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Fayre reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:

  • Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Technical issues
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If Fayre cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Fayre currently accepts:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Tamara

Cash on Delivery is not available.

A 1% service fee applies to all fabric purchases and will be added at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will also be displayed before the order is completed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm your acceptance of the final amount displayed at checkout.

Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Fayre reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, and details displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

Slight variations in colour may occur depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and device displays.

Digital mock-ups are intended for visual representation and may differ slightly from the final physical product.

Limited-Edition Designs

Fayre is built around original designs and carefully selected releases.

Many Fayre designs are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Products are only secured once the order and payment have been successfully completed.

Intellectual Property

Creativity and original design are at the heart of Fayre.

All original prints, patterns, illustrations, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, product imagery, logos, branding, packaging concepts, website content, and other creative materials associated with Fayre are owned by or licensed to Fayre and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a Fayre product gives the customer ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights relating to the design, print, pattern, artwork, or creative material featured on that product.

Fayre designs may not be copied, traced, scanned, digitally recreated, reproduced, reprinted, modified for reproduction, manufactured, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Fayre.

Customers must not provide Fayre designs, prints, patterns, artwork, or other creative materials to another printer, manufacturer, designer, supplier, or third party for reproduction or recreation.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Fayre's creative work may result in appropriate action to protect Fayre's intellectual property rights.

Exchanges & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

Fayre does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible exchanges are accepted only in accordance with the conditions and timeframes stated in our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

Delivery

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Fayre's reasonable control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, courier disruptions, public events, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always aim to have your order delivered as smoothly and promptly as possible.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Fayre website, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, or use its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
