At Fayre, every order is prepared with care. Please review our shipping and exchange policy before completing your purchase.
UAE Delivery
We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
- Delivery Fee: AED 35
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–8 days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Same-day and express delivery are currently unavailable.
GCC Delivery
Fayre currently ships to GCC countries.
- Shipping rates start from AED 90
- Each additional kilogram is charged at AED 55
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 days
Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and size of the order.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, eligible online purchases may be exchanged within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Unaltered and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
Items may be exchanged for another available design of the same or higher value.
If a higher-value item is selected, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
If an item of a lower value is selected, the remaining balance will not be refunded or issued as store credit. We recommend selecting additional items to use the full value of the original purchase.
All collection and redelivery costs related to a standard exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Fayre reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
Sale & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased on sale or using a promotional or discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by Fayre, it will remain eligible for review and replacement regardless of any promotion or discount applied.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Fayre within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, Fayre will arrange a replacement and cover the applicable delivery costs.
Requests submitted after the 3-day period may not be eligible for replacement.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Colours & Product Representation
We take care to represent our products and colours as accurately as possible.
Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or device displays.
Digital mock-ups are provided for visual reference and may differ slightly from the final physical product.
Limited-Edition Designs
Many Fayre designs are produced in limited quantities. Once a design is sold out, it may not be restocked or reproduced.
Availability of an alternative design for exchange therefore cannot always be guaranteed.
Global Village Purchases
Purchases made at the Fayre store in Global Village may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
Global Village purchases may only be exchanged for item(s) of the same value.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available.
- Global Village purchases must be exchanged at the Fayre Global Village store.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged at Global Village.
- Global Village purchases cannot be exchanged through our online store.
- Sale and promotional purchases are final sale unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied by Fayre.
